Texas-based Manufacturer of Outdoor Lifestyle Products engages in the design, marketing, and distribution of products for the outdoor and recreation market. Its products include coolers, drinkware, travel bags, backpacks, multipurpose buckets, outdoor chairs, blankets, dog bowls, apparel, and accessories.
Our customer has been experiencing explosive growth over the last few years, and after the acquisition, we were looking to consolidate some of their platforms. In this process, they were seeking a new solution for business intelligence as they migrated off of Netsuite for their financial and other reporting. To consolidate their platforms onto Salesforce, they looked to Einstein Analytics to develop Enterprise reporting and with particular focus on order analytics, custom order production demand planning, sales performance, and agent productivity in their call center.
SpringML engaged with them to understand the wide variety of reporting needs that they were looking to replace off of Legacy tools and consolidate into Salesforce Einstein Analytics. Taking an incremental methodology and meeting the customer where they were at in their analytics Journey, SpringML mapped out a crawl – walk – run approach to Analytics and added descriptive analytics and data visualization to meet the various use cases.
