Sales Pipeline and  Performance analysis Dashboards in Einstein Analytics

Nevro is a global medical device company focused on providing innovative products that improve the quality of life of patients suffering from debilitating chronic pain. 

Business Situation

Nevro Sales reporting Data exists in various sources besides Salesforce, namely QAD(Accounting System that holds all the Committed numbers in Sales Cycle). Sales Teams were using Excel to cater to the needs of their top Leadership with data from these diverse systems.  These Excel reports were using complex cell to cell-based formulas and were harder to maintain with significant hours spent every week, Month and Quarter, They wanted to automate and improve this by streamlining their data and have a single source of truth by migrating to Einstein Analytics. 

 

Implementation

SpringML has created Dataflows that integrated the data from Salesforce and QAD. Existing Excel reports were automated and we accounted for complex logic in dataflow and customized SAQL in two Dashboards that were built for Sales Leadership. These Dashboards have Daily and Weekly views that monitor the Sales Cycle and Sales and Rep & Physician Performance on Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly basis.
