Gracenote is a global media company, which provides music, video and sports metadata and automatic content recognition technologies to entertainment services and companies.
Gracenote Sales leadership was using Excel to track their Sales pipeline and revenue schedules against sales goals. They wanted to automate and improve this by moving their reporting to Einstein Analytics. They also wanted to add the ability to track changes to their pipeline revenue schedules over time.
SpringML assisted in building two dashboards. The first dashboard is focused on an executive view of the Customer’s Sales Pipeline, replacing a report previously created in Excel. SpringML used Snapshot Analytics to support a second dashboard to analyze changes to the Customer’s pipeline over time.
